We camped at Auberge du Grand Popo (in Grand Popo) and Auberge Du Jardin (in
Ouida), both on the beach, and both costing about 2500CFA pppn.
The accommodation options at Porto Novo were dismal. |

Other information |
Visa $20 at border, no problems. Fairly aggressive local tried to
order us where to park and was offended when we didn't want to use
his'border services'. Tried to take 10,000CFA pp as an exit tax at
border with Nigeria, Lagos- we didn't pay it. |

Friendly and interesting country, but we didn't get to explore up to the
